What would I do without you?
Once a day, keeps the “Uhhhh” away…
Internet is usually the first place i go if i have a question or a technical issue of any kind.
Google – what would i do without you?
Flex, however, is pretty new and there are not that many resources out there yet.At work, I’m one of the first pioneers to take up the task, so there’s not that much help there either, and everyone is as clueless as me.
With programming – i prefer p2p places, such as forums and newsgroups, to get my answers. Here are the few Flex communities and resources that i have found useful thoughout my journey so far:
- FlexCoders – russian forum, though very small, i tend to get my answers there pretty quick, and right on point!
- Orkut – Orkut is a MySpace by Google. It’s full of indian programmers. Muahaha! Can you think of a better place to get your questions answered?
- ActionScript.org – Mostly Flash(which i have NEVER worked with), but now also has a Flex section, which is slowly growing.
- Component Explorer – me loveez it! I should also mention other-like-websites. ..::Style Explorer::.. and ..::Button Maker::..
- My other resources come from Blogs, Flex LiveDocs, and other forums, which i dont think are worth mentioning
I will try to update the list, once i find other useful sites and links.
I would also looove to find some time and try to implement Flex into Xrum… the only examples of what i’v done so far are work related.
